Shipping & Delivery Options

We ship orders using trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Free shipping may also be available during special promotions or loyalty programs.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.

International Shipping

At this time, Root Kratom ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal, state, and local laws, certain products sold on Root Kratom may be restricted from shipment to specific locations.

Some botanical products, including kratom and other regulated items, may not be available for shipment to certain states, cities, or counties where they are restricted or prohibited by law. Availability may vary by product type and destination.

Kratom Shipping Restrictions

Kratom products are not shipped to locations where their sale or possession is restricted or prohibited under applicable laws.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products ordered from Root Kratom are legal in their delivery location. By placing an order, you confirm compliance with all applicable laws.

Shipping Delays

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Root Kratom is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal or peak shipping volumes

  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

If your shipment is delayed, you may contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

🛡 Root Kratom Delivery Protection – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Root Kratom Delivery Protection is an optional service offered at checkout to protect eligible orders against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

This service is not insurance and is not a shipping charge. It is an optional protection service designed to provide expedited claim review and resolution, subject to verification and approval.

By selecting Delivery Protection at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Scope of Coverage

Delivery Protection may apply to the following, subject to carrier confirmation and internal review:

  • Carrier-confirmed loss in transit
  • Carrier-confirmed damage during transit
  • Carrier-confirmed misdelivery
  • Theft prior to confirmed delivery (where verifiable)
  • Verified missing items due to shipping error

All claims are subject to investigation and approval at Root Kratom’s sole discretion.

3. Delivery Confirmation

If tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout:

  • The order is considered fulfilled.
  • Carrier GPS or geolocation confirmation may be obtained.
  • A police report or affidavit may be required for theft-related claims.
  • Replacement or refund is not automatic and remains subject to review.

Root Kratom is not liable for packages confirmed delivered to the address entered by the customer.

4. Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate and complete.

Root Kratom is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Autofill or saved address errors
  • Outdated shipping information
  • Delivery refusal
  • Packages returned due to address inaccuracies

Reshipping fees may apply to returned orders.

5. Claim Requirements

To submit a claim, customers must:

  • File the claim within the required timeframe
  • Provide the order number
  • Provide required documentation

Missing Item Claims

Must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Clear unboxing photos or video
  • Images of packaging materials
  • Image of shipping label
  • Image of items received

Damage Claims

Must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of outer packaging
  • Image of shipping label

Loss in Transit Claims

Must be submitted within 7 days of expected delivery date.
Carrier investigation may be required prior to approval.

Claims submitted outside required timeframes may be declined.

6. Investigation Process

Root Kratom may conduct internal and carrier-level investigations before approving any claim.

This may include:

  • Carrier confirmation
  • GPS delivery confirmation
  • Requesting additional documentation
  • Police report (if applicable)

Failure to cooperate may result in claim denial.

7. Replacement & Refund Determination

All claims are reviewed and resolved at Root Kratom’s sole discretion.

Root Kratom may:

  • Issue a replacement shipment
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund
  • Decline the claim

Replacement shipments follow standard fulfillment timelines.

8. Fraud Prevention

Root Kratom actively monitors order and claim activity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny unverifiable claims
  • Limit or revoke Delivery Protection eligibility
  • Cancel orders
  • Restrict accounts
  • Refuse service

Fraudulent activity may be reported to carriers or authorities.

Chargebacks initiated after confirmed delivery may result in permanent account restriction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Root Kratom’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Root Kratom is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Policy Updates

Root Kratom reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
